CREATION THERAPY

The purpose of God’s Way Services is to equip God’s children to reach their full spiritual potential through godly counsel and the Word of God.

Creation Therapy is based upon the theory of temperament (understanding of the inner man - our intrinsic make-up) and uses this knowledge to help us understand ourselves.

Therefore it allows us to be the best that God has created us to be by meeting the needs of our temperament equally and scripturally. Although this therapeutic method is a fairly new concept (since 1983) it has proven to be extremely successful.

What Is Creation Therapy?

Creation Therapy is a step by step therapeutic format based upon the Word of God.

Man is a 3 part (trichotimous): physical, emotional and spiritual being with basic needs. When man is seeking to meet these needs, he is driven in his attempts to the things of the world for satisfaction.

Through Creation Therapy the individual is being taught how to have their needs met in godly ways that are conducive to the Holy Scriptures.

Creation Therapy is, in part, a means by which mankind is given the understanding of his or her temperament and the knowledge to find balance and the perfect place God has designed for them.

Creation Therapy is the mechanism by which mankind is given the ability to find balance between body, soul and spirit, allowing them to be the best that God created them to be.

Creation Therapy is a counseling method based upon the belief that man is a uniquely created being rather than the result of an evolutionary process. This method was developed by the National Christian Counselors Association in the early 1980's which underwent seven years of research involving more than five thousand (+5,000) individuals who were seeking help for their problems. Conclusions based on research are that Creation Therapy is over ninety percent (+90%) successful when administered by a person who has been trained in this counseling technique.
